Arizonans can now click on a Web site to check out whether the car they want to buy or the abandoned vehicle in their neighborhood is stolen.The new Internet site was announced today by Attorney General Terry Goddard.You type in a license plate number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to find out immediately if a car has been stolen.
