All it takes is a little velcro between your bike and the license plate. When cops attempt to ticket your bike and you have conveniently removed your license plate, very few will go through the trouble of locating the VIN number, which is needed to give you a valid ticket. This trick is much more effective with out of state plates. Ride Safe!
