Do you know French gourmet food, Coq-au-vin (chicken braised in wine)? There is a similar food called "Samgyetang" in Korea. Two French women make Samgyetang for special dinner. Samgyetang is a traditional Korean chicken stew with ginseng. It is a recuperative food that Koreans eat to invigorate the body especially during hot summer days.
